Master’s and Undergraduate Projects
We have multiple projects suitable for master’s students that focus on
- RNA biology and genetics – using animals with mutations in key RNA processing and modification enzymes
- RNA biochemistry, method development and therapeutics – developing new assays using nanopore sequencing
- Metabolism – regulation of gene expression through dietary metabolites
- Data analysis – analysis of sequencing data
